Go to: Assessments > Assignments > More Actions > Event Log and Select Restore next to the deleted assignment folder.

Discussions

Go to: Communication > Discussions > More Actions > Restore and select Restore under Action.

Create a ticket for ITS Scholarly Services with the following:

• Request Area: Teaching and Learning >> Instructional Technology Services
• Configuration Item: D2L
• Description Details:
  • Course Code
  • Quiz Name
  • Date and Time Deleted or Last Seen
  • Are there submissions that need to be restored as well?

Try to find it in Manage Files, as it is easier to just re-link. If it can't be found and the instructor does not want to re-create it, then create a ticket for ITS Scholarly Services:
