EBS Portal - Troubleshooting Rare Issues People Have Experienced in the EBS Portal

As of 6/26/23, the issues shown were:

• Second, Blue Login Screen
• Error "SAML2 service not accessible"
• One Tile (New or Preexisting) is Missing
• Tile does not load
• Many Tiles Disappear
• Strange Characters
• Just One Browser Fails (on One Computer)
• Problem Happens on All Computers, but Only to Me
