You can also access elevateU through the Skillsoft Learning App for Android and iOS devices. elevateU is powered by Skillport (owned by Skillsoft). For more, see HR's page (link).

Technical Support Options

According to HR's website (above), for technical support, there are options for email, telephone and live chat support directly from Skillsoft (the elevateU vendor) at this link: http://support.skillsoft.com/ (link). You may also be able to get help from your unit IT professional if you need updates, such as Java.

RHS Staff

RHS deploys a separate instance of elevateU services for delivery of job relating training such as chemical and food safety certification courses. RHS staff encountering issues with their login to that should contact Digital Strategies and Services for support. See their Client Portal (link) for details.
