Planon - How To Find Billing for MSU IT Services in Planon

Objective

Following these steps will locate billing information for services purchased through MSU Information Technology (MSU IT).

Environment

Before You Begin

If you do not already have access to Planon, you will need to submit a request from the Access Management Service Page.

1. Open the Access Management Service Page
2. Select to expand Access Requests
3. Scroll down to find Planon
4. Select Request
5. Fill out the form as directed
6. You're done! Access Management will review and process the request.

Steps

1. Go to planon.msu.edu
2. Log in with your NetID and MFA credentials if prompted
3. From the navigation menu on the left, select to expand Requests
4. Select Customer statements
5. Enter the Account number (and Sub-account number, if applicable)
6. Select Search
7. Select the specific Order number to see details
   The information in the Customer Statement detail window can be copied and then pasted into any Excel worksheet

Billing information from before February 2024 from the now-decommissioned MySoft system has been archived to the EDW.
