MSU Scholarships - How to Log in as a Reference

Objective

Following these steps will log in to MSU Scholarships so you can act as a reference for a prospective student.

Environment

MSU Scholarships ( https://msu.academicworks.com )

Before You Begin

The Reference account credentials are not accessible by anyone at MSU, so the Trouble signing in? link must be used for any password resets.

Steps

1. Follow the link in the email provided or navigate to MSU Scholarships (https://msu.academicworks.com).
2. Select the Sign In button if you land on the Our Opportunities list.
3. Select the References and Reviewers tab from the log in screen.
   Do not click the Sign in with your MSU Credentials as most non-student MSU users are not configured in the system this way.

4. Login using your email address and the password you set up the first time you accessed this site. If you do not recall the password you set, or this is the first time you are accessing the site, please use the Trouble signing in? link to get a password reset email.
