You can update some of your profile settings, including name, photo, and work location. See this article on support.google.com for instructions. However, only an admin can change the following:
- Desk location
- Employee ID and employee type
- Job title, manager email, department
- Phone numbers
- Physical addresses
- Primary email address and display name
- Secondary email address (an address that is outside the MSU domain)
If you need one of these settings changed, please contact the IT Service Desk and they can route your request for assistance.
