PACS - How To Update Your Centricity RA1000 Password

Objective

Following these steps will change the password on your Centricity RA 1000 account.

Environment

Centricity RA 1000

Before You Begin

If you are on an Imprivata computer, go to the service tray, right-click on Imprivata, and select Suspend Single Sign-on.

Steps

1. Launch Centricity RA1000 and login with their current username and password.
2. After entering your credentials, click Change Pa… just to the left of the password field.
3. A Change Password box will appear; type a new password that is at least 8 characters long and includes three of four character types:
   • Upper case letter(s)
   • Lower case letter(s)
   • Number(s)
   • Special character(s)

4. Click OK, and then proceed to log in using the new password.
5. If using Imprivata, make sure to go Manage Passwords and update your stored Centricity PACS password with the new one.
   Only the regular Centricity PACS needs to be updated, not the ThinApp profile.
