Moving Studies for Editing
- When looking for missing images or studies that need to be fixed, use TeamView to access ACUO-ROUTER-3 and ACUO-ROUTER-4.
- On the left hand column you will see 3 DICOM databases, one for 3MRI, MSU, and OTHER.
- Studies done at MSU will go to MSU.
- A few CT and MR studies will end up in 3MRI.
- Imported CDs or non-MSU films end up in OTHER.
- Before you look up a study, click on Clear Search. Generally you search by patient ID or last name.
- Once you locate the study you are looking for (Verify by patient ID/date/accession #), right click and select Move Study.
- Under the Route Name, choose the database you are currently in (3MRI, MSU, or OTHER) and for Destination, select RADWORKS6.

Bouncing the Router Services (if no images are coming across)
- Make sure the AcuoMed Activity Log (window with a blue background) isn't paused and shows no active traffic.
If it's paused, it will say "Select" in the title.
- Once traffic stops, go to Services (Local), and restart the AcuoMed service.

Clearing the Batch Store Manager:
- Right-click on Batch Store Manager, then click on Refresh.
- If any studies are hung up, they will show up in whatever their send to destination is.
- Click on each destination, right-click and select Cancel All Paused Jobs.
- Refresh the Batch Store Manager and once all the paused jobs are deleted out, there shouldn't be any more studies that are flagged as "Paused".
