Problem
Upon logging into the EBS Portal receive error message "500 Internal Server Error".

Enterprise Business Systems (EBS)
Resolution
Contact IT Service Desk at (517) 432-6200 to have an incident ticket created.

Cause
Employee has No SAP roles (ESS, MSS, Unit Admin or Unit Time Admin) to be able to login to EBS. Technically speaking, no roles pushed through LDAP for SAP ECC.
