Steps

1. Login to MSU Qualtrics (link) using your NetID and password (ex. username@msu.edu).
2. Click on the question mark at the top-right
3. Click Contact Support.
4. Select your Michigan State University account.
5. Select Get technical support.
6. Select a product area to see its available contact methods (ex. Survey Platform).
7. Select how you would like to contact support – Live Chat, Phone Call, or Email.
