AppTree - How to Log in to AppTree

On September 12, the way you log into AppTree will change. This is happening as part of MSU’s move to a single sign-on method.

Objective

Following these steps will log in to AppTree.

Before You Begin

You will need a MSU netid and password to access the system.

Steps

1. Locate AppTree on your mobile device, or navigate to https://go.apptreesoftware.com (Chrome is recommended)
2. Enter the AppID: apptree.msu.edu
3. Log in using your MSU email address and netid password
4. You're done!

Additional resources from IPF are available through promapp, but be sure to check with your supervisor as some of the information may be outdated (e.g. - under section 5.0 for AppTree it lists an old AppID that no longer works).
