How do I find my previous requisition or eDoc number in KFS?

The “Submit IT Readiness Form” button is greyed out and I cannot click on it.
Check your form using the “Check Form for Errors” button. This will cause any fields with missing or incomplete responses to have a pink error message below them. Once all of the required fields have responses, if you click the “Check Form for Errors” button again, you should get a green message indicating that the form is valid and the “Submit IT Readiness Form” button should be available.
What do I do after I have submitted my IT Readiness Form?
After submission, you should receive a confirmation message on the screen with a link to your ticket. You will also receive a confirmation email with a PDF copy of your form response attached. This PDF is also attached to your ticket. You should download this PDF and attach it to your purchase requisition along with any other information required by your unit’s procurement process.
I submitted my IT Readiness Form and received a message that my submission encountered an error. What should I do now?
System administrators were notified when your submission failed. They will investigate the errors and process your submission. Once this has been completed, you will receive a notification with a PDF copy of your form response attached and a link to your ticket. If your submission cannot be processed, the administrator will contact you and explain what needs to be done.
Do I have to wait for my ticket to be resolved to create my purchase requisition?
No, you can submit your purchase requisition as soon as you receive your PDF of your form responses and any other information required by your unit’s procurement process.
How do I find IT Readiness forms I've completed before using this process?
You can view IT Readiness forms that you have submitted in TDX before by navigating to the Ticket Requests page of the TDX Client Portal by clicking on the Services tab and then selecting Ticket Requests from the submenu or going directly to . Once there adjust the filter to include all options in Status Class and the Service Offering of "IT Readiness Form", and click Search to return a list of IT Readiness forms that you have submitted or been listed as a contact on. Click on the Title of the ticket to open it and download the PDF attachment.
