TeamDynamix - How To Reassign a Workflow to a Ticket - Internal Only

Objective

Following these steps will assist with reattaching a different workflow to a ticket in TeamDynamix.

Environment

TeamDynamix

Before You Begin

You will need access to TeamDynamix

Steps

  1. Open your TDx ticket and select Actions under the General tab.
  2. Select Reassign Workflow.

  3. Choose the desired workflow from the Workflow field and then select Save on top.

  4. The workflow is now attached to the ticket and will begin processing.
