Objective
Following these steps will assist with reattaching a different workflow to a ticket in TeamDynamix.
Environment

Before You Begin
You will need access to TeamDynamix
Steps
- Open your TDx ticket and select Actions under the General tab.
- Select Reassign Workflow.
- Choose the desired workflow from the Workflow field and then select Save on top.
TeamDynamix does not allow more than one workflow to be attached to a ticket.
- The workflow is now attached to the ticket and will begin processing.
