AI Ticket Summaries generate two types of summaries on the ticket:
- Ticket Details: Gives a general summary based on the ticket's title, description, and any free text custom attributes.
- Recent Activity: Give a summary of the most recent Communication-type feed entries.
To view AI Ticket Summaries:
- In Work Management (TDNext), go to your ticket.
- At the top of the ticket, click in the View Ticket Summary panel.

- Summaries are generated whenever the 'View Ticket Summary' panel is expanded after opening or refreshing a ticket.
- Using AI ticket summaries leverages AI, which does not store your data or use your data for training new models. Your data is yours.
- The data used to generate AI ticket summaries is handled securely just like the rest of your TeamDynamix data.
- TeamDynamix confirmed that PII-protected data is secure and will not be captured, read, or displayed.
