You are unable to take a quiz/test/exam using Examsoft and are using a device on macOS 27 (Golden Gate).

Resolution

You will need to downgrade your version of macOS to use Examsoft successfully. As this requires completely wiping your device it may be preferable to find another device to use for the exam. Else, here is a Macworld article that could help walk through the downgrade process.

Because the downgrade process requires wiping your device, it is very important to fully back up all of your important files before beginning so you do not lose your data.
