Before You Begin

If OneDrive is not already set up on your macOS device, see this support.microsoft.com page (link) for assistance getting it set up.

Steps

  1. Select the OneDrive icon from the top menu, and then select the gear icon
  2. Select Preferences...
  3. Select Choose Folders
  4. Select all folders you wish to sync, or select Sync all files and folders in OneDrive - Michigan State University
  5. Select OK
  6. You're done! You've set which folders will automatically sync to your local machine
