Problem
When trying to set the gradebook in D2L to drop the lowest score from a group of items, you receive an error: "Accurate Total is not Available with Given Settings".

Resolution
Either remove the option to drop the lowest score, or change the point values of the grades in the category to all be the same
Cause
A grade category is set to drop the lowest score, but the items in the category do not all have the same point total
