Option 2: Open a shared mailbox thru the web browser
- Open the browser to the shared mailbox using this format: http://outlook.office365.com/owa/sharedmailboxname@msu.edu
- Enter your MSU email address (<netid>@msu.edu)
- Select Next

You will see a prompt whether or not to stay signed in. As long as your phone is secure it may be more convenient to store your password so you don't need to enter your password every time you want to open it.
