This service can be used for requesting the following:

- Copy of an adjudicated or closed police report
- Copy of Private Property Traffic Crash Report (Traffic Accidents can be purchased at https://tcps.state.mi.us/TCPS/login/welcome.jsp)
- Letter of Loss (Confirmation for lost, damaged, or stolen property)

This form is not intended to be used for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. For FOIA requests please visit https://foia.msu.edu.
