Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) - How to See Who Has Administrator Roles Recover the Tile if it is Missing

A new application (“HR/Payroll Administrator Roles”) allows all employees to see who in their unit has administrator roles, like Unit Administrators, Unit Time Administrators, Time Entry Specialists, Workflow Approvers, and others.

Problem

The HR/Payroll Administrator Roles tile allows all employees to see who in their unit has administrator roles, like Unit Administrators, Unit Time Administrators, Time Entry Specialists, Workflow Approvers, and others.

1. Clear your browser cache: HR Link or KB 15 (link).
2. Adjust your personalization for My Home: HR Link (link)

Cause

The EBS Portal allows users to customize their homepage and the needed tile may have been inadvertently hidden or removed.
