Following these steps will bring up a report showing all Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) owned by a Support Group you are a member of.

Before You Begin

You will need access to TDNext to follow these instructions

Steps

  1. Open TDNext and log in
  2. Go to ITS-Tickets
  3. Select ReportsUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. In the Search field, type km and select Search
  5. Under Knowledge Base Reports, select KM - All Articles Owned By My Groups
  6. You're done! The report showing all the KBAs should now be open

Additional Info

  • You can open each listed article by selecting it from the Subject field
  • The columns are sortable by selecting the up/down arrows at the top
  • You can put the information into a spreadsheet by selecting Actions > Export to Excel
