Problem
Cognos may time out and throw one of the following errors (this list is not exhaustive):
- Unexpected Server Response
- HTTP Error 431
- Unable to Load Requested View

Resolution
- Clear cache and cookies from the affected browser. See KB 15 (link) for details.
- Close completely out of all browser windows.
- Open an incognito/InPrivate browsing window and use that to access Cognos. See KB 1203 (link) for details.
- You're done!
