Changed Percent Complete from 82% to 85%. Changed Health from Yellow - At risk with corrective actions to Green - On track. IT Department Project Update Summary Met with Jason this afternoon to review the remaining action items left on the phase 1 and phase 2. We have been in operational stabilization mode for months. Activity This Period Jason will confirm with Jim Willson whether there is a requirement to track contracts and will continue working on locating the missing equipment. He noted that this effort is time‑consuming and that he is not currently seeking support from the SMO. According to Jason, newly deployed devices are properly documented; the challenge lies with older equipment that needs to be located and corrected in the asset fields.
