Enterprise Application Development

What Is the Service?

Enterprise Application Development provides a process for creating, updating, decommissioning, and supporting the maintenance and bug fixes of custom developed applications.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Enterprise Application Development is available for all Business Owners to request changes to their applications. Additionally, faculty, staff, and students may use this service to request bug fixes if the application is not working as intended.

How Do I Use It?

  • If you are the Business Owner or an authorized Subject Matter Expert, you may request changes to your applications by completing the form. Please note that if you are not authorized to make such a request, a Business Owner must sign off before any changes are developed and put into production.
  • If you are a consumer of an application (faculty, staff, or student), you may request assistance by completing the form and detailing the technical issues you are experiencing. Some examples may include:
    • I am unable to login to the application
    • When I submitted the form, an error occurred
