Application Performance Management (APM)

What Is the Service?

APM monitors end-to-end user actions, to provide an analytical view on every aspect of software performance. APM can be used in an application’s build and test stages to identify performance issues before deployment to a production environment. After an application is deployed, APM proactively alerts before a performance issue affects end users, and analysis tools identify specific root cause when performance issues occur.

Rates

Subject to discussion with the APM team.

Service Level Agreement

This APM service actively monitors an application at all times (24/7/365), except during regularly scheduled MSU maintenance periods.

Special Considerations

APM tool availability is determined by the technology that a web application is built on, and how it is delivered or hosted.
