What Is the Service?

The Research Technology Services Consulting team has an intake process of 9 questions to evaluate requests and broker support to the appropriate technology services in ITS and across campus. These requests are usually followed up with a meeting to assist faculty, staff or students, to gain technology support and review additional aspects of their research workflows. This facilitation service provides project management and direct support as needed.

  • Research Artificial Intelligence
    The Research Artificial Intelligence Consulting team has an intake process to evaluate requests and broker support to the appropriate technology services in ITS or across campus. This facilitation service provides project management and direct support as needed.  Supporting the appropriate use, configuring the approved AI services, and supporting research data workflows.
  • Research Compliance
    Research Compliance consulting is to support selecting the proper technologies to meet the terms and conditions for a funded award, IRB requirements, purchase agreements, or data sharing agreements. This service is supporting research administration units and affiliated researchers with technology requests. The consulting team will broker support to the appropriate technology services or manage the service directly as needed.
  • Research Computing and Applications
    The Research Computing and Applications Consulting team has an intake process of 8 questions to evaluate requests and broker support to the appropriate technology services in ITS and across campus. These requests are usually followed up with a meeting to assist faculty, staff or students, to gain technology support and review additional aspects of their research workflows. This facilitation service provides project management and direct support as needed.
  • Research Data
    Research Data Consulting to support the full research data life-cycle. The consulting team has an intake process to evaluate requests and broker support to the appropriate technology services in ITS or across campus. This facilitation service provides project management and direct data support as needed.
  • Research Lab Systems
    Research Lab Systems Consulting supports campus and affiliated researchers with lab technology requests. The consulting team has an intake process to evaluate requests and broker support to the appropriate technology services in ITS or across campus. This facilitation service provides project management and direct support as needed.
