Learning Space and Classroom Design and Engineering supports design, media and technology equipment installation for university learning spaces, classrooms, computer labs, and conference rooms. A consultation with MSU IT will help determine and meet your department’s specific needs for room configurations and budgetary estimates.  The benefits of working with MSU IT include:

MSU IT offers room design along with equipment installation, maintenance, and repair services to the campus community, to keep classrooms and university spaces in working order.

Consultation and Design
MSU IT provides design consultation and audiovisual (A/V) integration and installation for classrooms and conference rooms used for meeting, teaching, and recreational facilities on campus. We can also provide advice and recommendations on architectural, environmental, and space requirements.

Equipment Installation
MSU IT installs and maintains equipment in a wide variety of on-campus locations and works with other MSU departments, such as Infrastructure Planning and Facilities, to offer coordinated installation for campus projects. Please allow ample lead time for scheduling. All services are provided on a time and material charge basis.
