This is an internal only service that supports our BI and reporting teams in ES. The BI Platform Support service is responsible for the administration and operations of the IBM BI platforms including Cognos and Tableau.
Application Engineering supports the environments requested by the Enterprise Services Reporting Services team. Customers wishing to utilize the IBM BI Platforms should put in an Enterprise Reporting request with them.
Work with the Reporting Services team to determine if these systems can provide the information required.
