IPF IT

What Is the Service?

IPF IT supports workstation hardware and software, printer, file management, and mobile device consulting, procurement, and support.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

All IPF staff

How Do I Use It?

There are a number of ways to request support:

  • All IPF computer devices, which include desktop and laptop workstations, mobile devices, and hallway/breakroom kiosks, have icons that take users directly to an online help form.
  • In the IPF building, room 123 is the designated Tech Bar where users can walk in for service.  For those times when the Tech Bar is closed or locked, there is a kiosk outside the door that allows users to create a ticket that will route to our queue.
  • We've created a Teams channel that is accessible by all IPF users.  Users can pose questions, report issues, and ask for help.  IPF IT staff monitor the chat and will reply with quick help or convert the chat to a ticket.
  • Users can call the IT Services Helpdesk and have a ticket created and routed to our queue.
