Clinical Imaging is a collection of the following service offerings available by request:
- Auxiliary Support
Request assistance regarding auxiliary clinical imaging systems, including Patient CD Burner, CADstream, Imprivata SSO, Profuse, and Syngo.via, etc.
- ARIS Support
Request assistance with ARIS, including requesting a report, requesting changes to CPT code, reporting missing reports in Cerner, requesting bug fixes to ARIS, etc.
- Clinical Imaging Support
Request assistance with Clinical imaging, including report Images not going to PACS, being unable to view images in PACS, etc.
- PowerScribe 360 (PS360) Support
Request assistance with PowerScribe 360 (PS360), including requesting changes to sub-speciality worklists, requesting radiologist auto-text/templates, etc.
- Teleradiology Support
Teleradiology allows for off-site locations to send their DICOM Patient Images to MSU Radiology for interpretation and this option can be used to request assistance with anything related to this offering.
- Clinical Systems Maintenance Support
Request assistance and maintenance for your account in clinical systems

- Prior Imaging Records
Request missing prior women's imaging records from MSU for McLaren Lansing patients.
- Patient Record Edit
Request edits to patient jacket within the Clinical Imaging portfolio or to have duplicate patient records merged in ARIS, PACS, and PS360.
