What Is the Service?
Workstation Support offers hardware support to academic, administrative, clinical, and research units. The Workstation Management Support (WMS) teams partner with each unit to find the right level of support based on different environments and needs.
WMS provides front line in-person and remote support to keep MSU-owned devices running smoothly throughout the entire assets lifecycle.

Key components of Hardware Support include:

Hardware Troubleshooting: Technicians are able to diagnosis and resolve hardware-related issues. This includes problems with peripherals, connectivity, and other hardware components of desktop systems.
