GoogleApps Services

MSU Google Apps for Education provides a collection of productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sites, Google Classroom, and Google Contacts. These tools facilitate communication, file sharing, document creation, and team collaboration in an integrated online environment.

Consumer apps such as Gmail, YouTube, etc., are not covered by the Google Apps agreement and therefore have not been enabled. MSU persons who wish to use those services are free to do so by using a consumer (personal) Google account.

The Google Apps Suite is available to all MSU faculty, staff, and current students as part of the university's Google Workspace subscription.

Access the Google Apps Suite by logging into your MSU Google Workspace (https://googleapps.msu.edu) account with your university credentials. Navigate to specific apps via the Google Workspace dashboard. For more information visit our TDX article on General Information about GoogleApps at MSU.
