What Is The Service?
The IRS Notice storage process in TDX is a centralized, secure way for MSU Extension staff to upload, track, and manage IRS correspondence related to 4‑H Clubs. This includes notices about tax‑exempt status, missing filings, EIN issues, or other IRS communications that require follow‑up.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
The IRS Notice storage function is available to:
- 4‑H Program Coordinators
- Supervising and Staff Development Educators
- Support Staff
Only authorized MSU Extension personnel with access to the Club Management ticketing process in TDX can upload or view IRS notices. Volunteers and club leaders do not have access to this system.
How Do I Use It?
The form will assist you in the process of submitting an IRS Notice to be reviewed.
