The MSU Fax service is a server-based fax system that centralizes fax transmission and reception through a dedicated server, eliminating the need for traditional fax machines. It streamlines fax communications by integrating with your Spartan365 email and offering multiple ways to send and receive documents.
Incoming faxes can be sent to your Spartan365 email or stored in a secure online portal. To send faxes, you can use your Spartan365 email, log in to the web portal, or use print-to-fax features. Each user or department must have a dedicated phone number assigned as their fax line
