Configuration Management supports the creation of a new configuration item (CI) and its relationships to other CI's in the CMDB. Submission of this form will initiate the following (as needed); New Support Group, Asset/CI Creation and CMDB build, Client Portal Service and applicable Service Offerings, Knowledge Management, and Service Status entry if necessary.
