Configuration Management, through Change Management, supports the retirement of a configuration item (CI) and updates its relationships to other CI's in the CMDB. Submission of this form will initiate the following (as needed); Retirement of the Support Group, Asset/CI w/updates to the CMDB, removal of Client Portal Service and applicable Service Offerings, Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), and Service Status entry as necessary.
