Process or Service Review

MSU IT's Service Management Office offers process and service reviews to help identify and implement potential improvement opportunities.

Some key considerations prior to submitting a request include:

  • What is the process or service?
  • Who are the key stakeholders and suppliers of the process or service?
  • How is the performance of the process or service measured?
  • Is the process or service currently performing well?
  • Have any previous improvement initiatives been started? Were they successful?
