Software support provided by the Plant Research Lab (PRL) and Plant Biology Lab (PLB) IT team can be requested using the button on this page.

Tracking a Request

Once you have submitted your ticket to Plant Research Lab and Plant Biology Lab IT, the support team will contact you during business hours. You can check the status of your ticket in the TDX Customer Portal. You should not email plnthelp@msu.edu about your request since the work will be tracked on the ticket generated from the form.
