Educational Systems Support provides technical assistance and guidance for the university’s Learning Management System (LMS), online course platforms, and other educational technologies such as Turnitin, Piazza, beSocratic, Packback, Respondus, iThenticate, and Eli Review. This includes troubleshooting system issues and ensuring the seamless operation of these platforms. Additionally, the service manages third-party integration requests to enhance the university’s digital learning environment.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
This service is available to all active students, faculty, and staff at the university.
