What Is the Service?

Customer statements for Information Technology services and other billed charges can be viewed through one of two systems depending on the type of charges.

  • Infrastructure Planning and Facilities (IPF) Customer Statements: https://apps.ipf.msu.edu/apps/SFR/statements
    • Types of Charges:
      • Recurring charges for Information Technology (IT) services, such as virtual server hosting, networking, and storage
      • Telecom parts and installation charges for new or upgraded services such as a new phone or a hardware repair
    • Access to the System: 
      • Customer statements may also be accessed from Planon by expanding the Requests section in the Navigation panel and selecting Customer Statements.
  • Telecommunications Systems Online Billing System (Pinnacle): https://go.msu.edu/telecombilling
    • Types of Charges: 
      • Recurring monthly charges for ongoing services such as telephone, fiber optics, cable television and two-way radio services billed to an EBS-approved general ledger number
    • Access to the System: 
      • If you are unable to log in or cannot access a specific account, you may need to request access using this form.
