This form is used to request walk-in services from the MSU IT Tech Bar, which is located in the MSU Tech Store.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Walk-in services are available to all current MSU faculty, staff, and students.
How Do I Use It?
If you do not already have a ticket open, please use the MSU IT Tech Bar Intake button on this page to provide information about your support details and join the queue for assistance.
Please Note: You should be at the MSU Tech Store when requesting services.
