What Is the Service?
On Monday, September 22, 2025, at 9:30 PM, an incident was reported affecting access to Shared Mailboxes and SharePoint. This incident has caused some users may experience issues with group memberships and access to shared MSU mailboxes, OneDrive, PowerBI reports, PowerAutomate, SIS academic advising, and other Microsoft tools.
Restoration efforts are underway. Access has been restored for some Shared Mailboxes and Sharepoint website groups, but full access has not been restored. We are actively working with Microsoft to complete the recovery process.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Any users who have a shared resource they are no longer able to access.
How Do I Use It?
This service request form should be used to report outstanding issues with access to shared resources, such as mailboxes, calendars, and SharePoint sites. These submissions will aid the support team in prioritizing the restoration of the most urgent resources.
