What Is The Service?
Always evolving! Request edits to a 4-H club/entity's profile outside of the county manager's permission and responsibility.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
County Managers have the following permissions and are responsible for making these edits to their club's profile:
- Upload charter documents (all except the Charter Certificate)
- Club Contact Information and Address
- Meeting Details and Address
- State Projects and Project Aliases
- Club Leaders Access
- Staff can permit for Enrolled/Approved (in 4-H Online) Club Leaders to access Club Rosters. Club Rosters include club member/volunteer enrollment data.
How Do I Use It?
4-H Program Coordinators or designated support staff are responsible for submitting the Edit Club/Entity Form on behalf of the 4-H clubs in their county.
