What Is The Service?
MSU Information Technology (MSU IT) moved from CA Service Desk Manager to TeamDynamix (TDX) as an IT service management tool in March 2023. CA Service Desk Manager became read-only in May 2023 and the application and servers were retired in March 2026.
Information from this legacy application is being transitioned to the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and will be available via Cognos in the future. Until this process is complete, data extracts may be requested from the support team. Details on which fields can be requested for a data extract are available in Knowledge Base Article #2285.
