HR Data and Reports provides the Michigan State University community with human resources data utilized for the purposes of data driven decision-making, policy analysis, strategic planning, mandated reports, and academic program review.

The data you need may already be available in an existing HR BI report.
Before submitting a request form, please search the HR BI Report Catalog to identify current reports that may meet your request needs. The Report Catalog provides the ability to search the University HR-Payroll Reports by a word or phrase as well as by location/folder or report name.
If the information you are seeking is not already available, please complete all sections of the HR Data or Report Request form with as much detail as possible regarding your data needs to ensure an accurate understanding of your request. If this is a new request and you need assistance identifying relevant data for your report, project, or proposal, please indicate such a need in the Description of the Data Requested section.
