Users can reset their own voicemail password by logging into telecom.msu.edu/sso and clicking on the Voicemail option near the left side. Then click on "Change" next to Password.
Note that this option only works for users who's correct phone number is listed in the top right of the telecom.msu.edu/sso site and on People Search (search.msu.edu).
