If you are not able to reset your own voicemail password through the Telecom SSO portal, please contact the MSU IT Service Desk for assistance. Password resets can be performed by calling 517-432-6200, or by starting a chat in the IT Help portal and requesting a Zoom meeting, any time between 7 AM and midnight EST. Users will need to provide sufficient proof of identity for each reset.
If your voicemail account is locked, please allow 15 minutes to pass before logging in again. If the voicemail remains locked after 15 minutes, please contact the IT Service Desk and report the issue.
