Perceptive Content - ImageNow Printer Installation

NOTE: These steps require local administrator privileges. If you are not an administrator on your computer or do not feel comfortable installing or configuring software, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.

If Perceptive Content is not already installed, please refer to the Perceptive Content: Desktop Client Install / Upgrade article.

Modify Existing Installation Using Installer (Recommended)

  1. Navigate to TBD
     
  2. Right-click the ClientSetup_xxxx.exe file, and select Run as administrator
     
  3. If prompted with a User Account Control (UAC) confirmation, click Allow
     
  4. Click Next
     
  5. Select Modify then click Next
     
  6. At the custom setup screen, click the down arrow next to ImageNow Printer and select This feature will be installed on local hard drive


 

  1. Click Next
     
  2. Click Install
