What Is the Service?

Learning Management Systems (LMS) provides support and troubleshooting for MSU’s LMS platforms, including D2L (Desire2Learn) and other related tools. The service covers user inquiries, technical issues, and guidance on LMS features such as course creation, content management, assessments, grading, and communication tools.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

LMS support is available to all MSU faculty, staff, and students who utilize the Learning Management Systems for course delivery, content management, or administrative purposes. 

How Do I Use It?

Users can access LMS support by visiting the MSU IT Client Portal or contacting the MSU IT Help Desk. For specific issues, submit a ticket here, or contact the support team directly via email or phone. Additionally, resources such as troubleshooting guides, tutorials, and FAQs are available online.
