What Is the Service?
Survey Systems Support provides assistance with the creation, distribution, and analysis of surveys used within the university. This includes support for survey tools such as Qualtrics and SPLS, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering guidance on best practices for survey design and data collection.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
This service is available to all active students, faculty, and staff who need to create or manage surveys for academic, administrative, or research purposes. Note that SPLS access is not guaranteed for all staff, but those with appropriate needs will be granted access.
