ARIS - How To Unlock a Patient Record

Objective

Following these steps will unlock a patient record in ARIS that has been locked by another user.

Steps

  1. Open Web ARIS http://webaris/ and log in.
  2. Click on the - Go to Page - drop down menu and choose Maintenance Menu.
  3. Click on Record Locks.
  4. Located the correct patient ID number, and click Delete to remove the lock.
  5. Instruct the user to access the patient record again.
